TEMPORARY STORE CLOSURE

As a precautionary measure to contain the spread of COVID-19, the bookstore will temporarily close until further notice.

*Online orders: We will continue to fulfill online orders within a 24-48-hour basis. We will offer store pick-up via appointment only between Monday through Friday, 10am - 3pm. We will notify you to schedule an appointment time. Orders that request to be shipped will continue to be shipped out as normal.

*Regalia orders: We will accept returns on unopened master's and bachelor's regalia until 4/30/2020 with a receipt or order number. All online orders for bachelor's and master's regalia will be processed unless you notify us to cancel. Reply to your order confirmation to request cancellation. If you had your order shipped, we will not provide shipping labels for a return - please ship your unopened regalia back to us via trackable means and notify us via e-mail by replying to your order confirmation.

*PhD regalia orders: All PhD rental orders will be canceled. PhD custom regalia purchases will be fulfilled and are not returnable.

*Textbook rental returns: You can print a prepaid label to return your textbook rentals to us. See our Textbook rental FAQs page for details.

*Mac service and repair: We will continue to offer repairs for Mac and iPad via appointment. Please send an e-mail to techstore@gatech.edu to schedule an appointment.

*Starbucks pick up: Our Starbucks is now closed to the public.

*Free online textbook access for students: In partnership with VitalSource, Barnes & Noble Education will offer access to free eTextbooks for the remainder of the Spring 2020 term. Visit VitalSource at their help page to get started.

*Free online academic support: Through June 15, students will have access to 10 free step by steps solutions and tutoring, per month, from bartleby learn, as well as free premium access to a 24/7 virtual writing center through bartleby write. Visit bartleby.com to get started.
